Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master’s degree with ≥3 years, or Bachelor’s degree with ≥5 years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of thin film deposition techniques (ALD, CVD).
• Willingness to learn semiconductor process tools and fab metrology.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy for research and analysis.
