Job summary

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites candidates to join the Career Conversion Programme for Registered Nurses (Diploma).

The incumbent shall access, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients under the direction of the Nurse Clinician in the individual units, delivering high quality care across disciplines with clinical procedures to meet immediate physical and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold Diploma in Nursing or a degree from a recognised university, or a local polytechnic diploma.
• 3 A-level credits with 2 O-level credits in Science and Mathematics.
• GCE A-Level credits refer to grades A to E; GCE O-Level credits refer to grades A1 to C6.

Job description

This vacancy is under the Career Conversion Programme forRegistered Nurses (Diploma).

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Access, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients in the appropriate discipline under the direction of the Nurse Clinician in the individual units.
• Provide high quality patient care in various disciplines by performing clinical procedures that will meet the patients’ immediate physical and emotional needs

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• A degree from a recognised university; or
• A local polytecnic diploma; or
• -3 GCE "A" level credits* with 2 GCE "O" level credits** in a Science subject and Mathematics

*GCE"A" Level credits refer to grades A to E

** GCE "O" level credits refer to grades A1 to C6
