Job summary

SINGAPORE GENERAL HOSPITAL PTE LTD is seeking a Diploma-qualified Registered Nurse to provide high standards of nursing care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will educate patients and families, work with the healthcare team to deliver integrated care, and orientate junior nurses to ensure optimal outcomes and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma-qualified Registered Nurse with training in care management and patient education.
• Strong collaboration with medical team to ensure integrated patient care.
• Experience orienting and mentoring junior nurses is a plus.

Job description

You will provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, including educating patients and families. You will also ensure and maintain the standards for professional nursing practice and work co-operatively with the other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, integrated and cost-effective care. In addition, you will orientate and guide the junior nurses to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences.
