Job summary

Grain Pte. Ltd. is seeking an energetic, proactive delivery associate to ensure smooth operations and excellence in customer service.

You will pack, deliver, set up and tear down catering buffets and meal boxes, while maintaining high hygiene and accuracy of orders. Responsibilities include on-time dispatch, assisting in logistics tasks, and upholding top service standards. Responsibilities

• Pack, deliver, set up and tear down catering buffets/mini buffets in a timely and organised manner.
• Pack and deliver general meal box orders in a timely and organised manner.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle(s).
• Assist in logistics-related work.
• Ensure food dispatched to mealbox and buffet catering teams are accurate and well packed for transport.
• Dispatch food orders on time for pick up.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

You will:

• Pack, deliver, set up and tear down catering buffets/mini buffets in a timely and organised manner.
• Pack and deliver general meal box orders in a timely and organised manner.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle(s).
• Assist in logistics-related work.
• Ensure food dispatched to our mealbox and buffet catering teams are accurate.
• Ensure food orders are sufficiently well packed to withstand the rigours of transport.
• Ensure food orders are dispatched on time for pick up.
• Achieve the target Fulfilment defect rate prevailing from time to time
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.
