Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, while working effectively in a team.
  • A strong network of reinsurer relationships regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of new, renewal, and prospective casualty facultative business, including account marketing, solicitation, research preparation, financial analysis, placement execution, and formal documentation.

  • Work closely with other brokers, technical support, and placement teams to ensure a high-quality and efficient broking process.
  • Ensure all business operations and documentation comply with regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the Guy Carpenter global network to access expertise and support.
  • Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to clients and colleagues.
