Job summary

ATELIER TANG (PTE.) LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled Carpentry Production Manager to lead daily production, plan schedules, and ensure quality workmanship across factory and site handoffs.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, and site teams, read drawings, manage manpower, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet project timelines. Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or relevant technical qualification in Construction, Production Management, Engineering, Interior Fit-Out, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in carpentry production, construction, interior fit-out, renovation, or related works.
• Good knowledge of carpentry fabrication, production processes, materials, and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily carpentry production activities to ensure works are carried out efficiently and according to project requirements.
• Plan and monitor production schedules based on project timelines, site requirements, priorities, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Designers, Site Coordinators, and internal teams to align production with site schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, and production requirements to ensure carpentry works match approved designs.
• Plan and allocate carpentry workers according to workload, priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress of production works and take action to prevent delays.
• Ensure completed carpentry works meet workmanship, dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material requirements and availability to ensure sufficient materials.
• Coordinate production, delivery, and installation requirements from factory to site.
• Identify and resolve production issues, drawing discrepancies, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts.
• Plan and coordinate completed carpentry works for delivery according to project schedules.
• Maintain production schedules and progress records, providing updates to management.
