Job summary

Poseidon Furnishing Club Pte Ltd is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to lead and support our on-site furniture fabrication and installation team. You will interpret 2D drawings, measure accurately, and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely installations and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires 3–5 years of carpentry/installation experience, proficiency with manual and power tools, and willingness to work outside normal hours. Possession of a Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 3 to 5 years of experience in carpentry fabrication and installation roles.
• Proven experience in on-site furniture installation.
• Able to use carpentry tools and equipment, manual and power tools.
• Good understanding of math and measurements.
• Comfortable working alone or with a team.
• Willing to work outside standard hours, including nights and weekends.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)

TIMING: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Saturday)

Job Summary:
Lead and support team operations by managing workflows, training staff, and collaborating with Factory Manager on scheduling works to enhance team performance and resolve employee issues.
