Responsibilities

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings, architectural blueprints, and project specifications.
• Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, and smooth lumber, drywall, and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Framework Construction: Build structural frameworks including walls, floor systems, roof framing, and staircases.
• Fixture Installation: Install doors, windows, cabinets, molding, drywall, and hardware.
• Repair and Maintenance: Inspect damaged frameworks, replace weakened timber, and restore wooden structures or fixtures.
• Safety Compliance: Follow local building codes, wear protective gear, and maintain a clean work area.
• Framing: Constructing the primary skeleton of a building.
• Fixing: Installing internal and external fixtures like windows and doors.
• Finishing: Adding precise details like custom joinery and trim.
