Job summary

PRIME MANPOWER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Full-time on-site Carpentry role. You will measure, cut, shape and assemble wood and other materials according to drawings and specs, and install cabinets, doors and furniture on construction sites.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, checking measurements, following safety procedures, and maintaining tools and work area while delivering quality workmanship for client premises.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and renovation works; able to read construction drawings.
• Able to measure, cut and shape wood to spec and fit with fixtures.
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape and assemble wood and other materials according to drawings and specifications.
• Install and repair wooden structures, cabinets, doors, frames and furniture.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, drill, sand and assemble materials.
• Read and follow construction drawings and work instructions.
• Check measurements and ensure completed work meets the required specifications.
• Carry out carpentry and renovation works at construction sites and customer premises.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment and the work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
