Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Healthcare Support professional to assist nurses in inpatient areas and provide basic patient care.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with routine procedures, manage daily living activities, and support ward operations while upholding safety and patient comfort.

Relevant WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support or equivalent is preferred; applicants with experience may be considered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses/Enrolled Nurses to provide basic care for patients in inpatient areas
• Basic Patient Care: Assist with daily living needs such as bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility, and hygiene
• Vital Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs, assist with ECGs, glucose monitoring, and collect specimens (e.g. urine, stool, swabs)
• Clinical Support: Aid nurses in simple procedures like suctioning, wound dressing, oxygen setup, and emergency assistance
• Admission & Transfers: Support patient admissions, orientation, bed management, and inter-department transfers
• Ward Operations: Perform clerical tasks, manage supplies, assist with portering, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the ward
• Patient Interaction: Respond to call bells, engage patients and families, and support quality improvement efforts

• Working Days and Hours : 5 working days - 3 Rotating Shift

• Location: Central
