HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in a caring environment. You will work under trained nurses, assisting with personal care, mobility and basic monitoring while upholding dignity and safety.

This role features a 4-day work week, rotating 12-hour day/night shifts, and a salary up to $3,000 SGD per month. Training and a collaborative team culture are provided to help you grow in patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Nursing, healthcare or care-support background required.
• Hands-on personal care experience is desirable.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Caring, patient and attentive in resident support.
• Able to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Relevant healthcare experience or training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care.
• Provide basic nursing and personal care under supervision of trained nurses.
• Assist with basic physiological monitoring and planned nursing interventions.
• Support nurses during medical emergencies and resident-care situations.
• Maintain residents' comfort, safety, privacy and dignity at all times.
• Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations.
• Accompany and transfer residents for medical appointments and hospital visits.
• Support life-enrichment and resident engagement activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Attend relevant healthcare and nursing-support training.

Location: Upper Thomson / Bright Hill MRT
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000/month (commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts
Day: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
4-day work week / average 44 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care
• Provide basic nursing and personal care under the guidance of trained nurses
• Assist with basic physiological monitoring and planned nursing interventions
• Support nurses during medical emergencies and other resident-care situations
• Maintain residents' comfort, safety, privacy and dignity at all times
• Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations
• Accompany and transfer residents for medical appointments, hospital visits and other required movements
• Support life-enrichment and resident engagement activities
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
