Job Responsibilities
- Assist elderly residents with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Support residents with transfers and movement safely within the facility
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report observations to the Care Team Lead
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents while maintaining dignity and respect
- Assist with meal serving, basic hygiene care, and maintaining residents’ comfort
- Support healthcare and nursing teams in ensuring smooth daily care operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within resident care areas
- Participate in caregiving activities and follow facility care protocols and procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or WSQ Healthcare Support (Nursing)
- Physically fit and comfortable handling caregiving duties
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to interact with elderly residents
- Prior eldercare or caregiving experience will be advantageous
- WSQ Healthcare Support (Nursing) and Basic CPR/AED certifications preferred
- No Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) qualification required
