Job summary

TAN TOCK SENG HOSPITAL PTE LTD is seeking a Biomedical Echo Technician to perform independent 2D echocardiography for both out-patients and in-patients, and to prepare preliminary reports for the team.

You will recognise cardiac conditions, escalate serious abnormalities with urgency to the echocardiologist, and perform other related technical procedures. Diploma in Biomedical Science/Engineering or a related degree is required; echo experience is preferred, fresh graduates welcome.

Job description

The incumbent is required to perform 2D echo independently for both out-patients and in-patients.

He/she is to recognise a wide range of common and uncommon cardiac conditions,prepare the preliminary report for the primary team and reporting cardiologist, escalate serious abnormal findings with appropriate urgency to the reporting echocardiologist.

Perform other technical procedures as required
