Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented role near West / Toh Guan Road to support card programming and logger transactions.

You will process customer requests, assist the Project Engineer in testing and commissioning of card access programming, and prepare reports while backing up and archiving data daily. The position requires 5-day work week, with 8:30am to 5:30pm hours, and offers steady onboarding in a hands-on team.

Qualifications

• At least Nitec with basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process all customers’ requests and enquiries pertaining to card programming and logger transactions.
• Assist Project Engineer in testing and commissioning of card access programming.
• Be responsible in processing reports according to customers’ requests or schedules.
• Perform downloading of data from site’s card access panel to Control Center.
• Conduct periodic backups and archive customers’ history transactions and database.
