Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, business administration, management, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of formal working experience in research & engineering project management; overseas collaboration experience is a plus.
  • Fully familiar with end-to-end project management: milestones, deliverables, budget, and funding regulation execution.
  • Excellent written and oral communication for international project documents and reports.
  • Strong cross-team coordination, multi-stakeholder liaison, and independent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle management for carbon capture research and engineering projects, track milestones, supervise deliverables, and ensure funding compliance.
  • Serve as main liaison with internal/external stakeholders, including international academic teams, industry partners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate multiple work packages under tight schedules and resolve cross-departmental issues promptly.
  • Organize project meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Arrange site visits and on-site coordination at industrial facilities as needed, support deployment and field tests.
  • Prepare formal project documents, progress reports, and funding compliance materials.
  • Manage overall project schedule and monitor progress to deliver on time.
  • Carry out routine administrative tasks such as document sorting, progress filing, data collation, and weekly progress summaries.
