Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced CAPEX Planning, Management and Governance professional in Singapore. You will support annual CAPEX planning, review business cases, monitor budgets and forecast capital needs, ensuring governance and approvals are followed.

The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional project teams, maintaining records, and supporting strategic investments and financial discipline within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2–4 years of related working experience in accounting or finance.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA) or business degree with finance focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support annual CAPEX planning and budgeting with business/project owners.
• Review CAPEX business cases from a finance perspective; assess costs, risks and benefits.
• Monitor CAPEX budgets, commitments, expenditure and cash flow; flag variances.
• Support CAPEX forecasting and reporting to Management and governance forums.
• Ensure CAPEX requests and changes follow governance and approvals.
• Engage stakeholders across the project lifecycle to strengthen financial control.
• Maintain robust CAPEX records and audit trails for reporting accuracy.
• Assist digital transformation and major investment projects with financial review.
