Job summary

Stemgenic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer - CAPEX - Plant to drive end-to-end CAPEX projects, plant improvements, and capital investment programmes. You will collaborate across Production, Maintenance, QA, R&D, EHS, and external contractors to ensure safe, on-time project delivery within budget.

The role requires strong experience in manufacturing plant engineering, CAPEX management, and utility systems, with exposure to GMP/HACCP contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of project engineering experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX project planning from concept through handover.
• Coordinate plant upgrades, equipment installation and commissioning.
• Manage contractor and vendor activity with safety and compliance.
• Deliver projects on time and within approved budgets.
