Qualifications

ACTA or ACLP certification is required.
2+ years hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager.
Experience using CapCut or other video editing tools.

Responsibilities

Teach CapCut core features: trimming, splitting, text, captions, music sync, transitions.
Instruct learners to produce scroll-stopping content for retention and shareability.
Guide TikTok Ads Manager campaigns from setup to analytics and reporting.
Design assessments testing CapCut proficiency and Ads Manager strategy.
Ensure WSQ/ACLP standards and internal quality benchmarks are followed.
Provide constructive feedback on video edits and campaign reports.
Understand Digital Marketing concepts and other social platforms.
