Job summary

National University Hospital seeks a (Senior) Manager, Campus Planning and BME Operations to lead campus redevelopment and healthcare technology management initiatives. You will collaborate with planning teams, medical planners, architects and end users to define equipment strategies, prepare specifications, support procurement, and oversee installation and transition for new healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with tender specification development and evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support planning and procurement of medical and non-medical equipment and furniture for campus redevelopment.
• Monitor budgets, equipment schedules and milestones for cost-effective delivery.
• Lead user workgroups and coordinate discussions, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate equipment planning, installation, commissioning and project transition to new facilities.
• Support lifecycle management and maintenance programmes for healthcare technology.
