Job summary

VINAYAK ENGINEERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking personnel to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across school facilities.

Duties include cleaning of CCA venues, staffrooms and special rooms, sweeping, mopping and rubbish clearance. You may also move furniture, lock/unlock classrooms, and operate basic office equipment as required. The role requires ability to communicate well and work in teams, with rotating shifts and Saturdays sometimes needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
• Prior experience in logistics-related work.
• Prior experience in cleaning duties.
• Prior experience in administrative roles.
• Prior experience in school-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness of school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staffrooms and special rooms. This will include sweeping, mopping & clearing of rubbish, etc
• Arranging/re-arranging furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required
• Moving heavy objects from point to point
• Locking/unlocking classrooms
• Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required
• Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer
