Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive for Campus Recruitment in Singapore. The role covers managing internship programmes, coordinating recruitment of interns, and engaging with campuses to attract talent.

The position offers a 1-year contract with a monthly salary of up to SGD 4,200 and a 1-month completion bonus, subject to performance. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm, at Raffles Place.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of structured internship programmes
• Provide operational and execution support throughout the internship lifecycle
• Support sourcing, screening, recruitment, selection, and offer management for interns
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Support digitisation and automation initiatives for candidate tracking and management
• Conduct market research and gather talent market intelligence
• Support other Talent Acquisition and HR projects as required
• Campus Engagement: Develop and execute campus engagement strategies and events to attract future talent
