SALT Talent is seeking a Content Operations Associate in Singapore for a 12-month contract, supporting livestream and video activations for the Integrated Marketing Campaigns team. You will help plan campaigns, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely launches.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma, internship experience, and a strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration (bonus).
• Internship experience considered.
• Independent and self-motivated with ownership of projects.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional delivery.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day livestream & video activation planning for Singapore campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaign mechanics to drive participation during ecommerce sales.
• Manage campaign configurations including budgets, vouchers, and tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources and communications readiness.
• Monitor real-time campaign performance and optimise voucher tracking.
• Review results and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
• Progressively own end-to-end campaign planning and execution with stakeholders.
