Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, campaign execution, Marketing Operations, or related role.
• Experience in bubble tea, coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industries preferred.
• Strong execution and project coordination skills with ability to break down plans into tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns including launches, festive campaigns, store openings, and pop-ups.
• Coordinate marketing materials with designers, suppliers, and stores; ensure on-time delivery and installation.
• Drive on-site execution across stores, briefing teams and checking implementation.
• Support new product launches and promo campaigns; ensure pricing and mechanics are accurate across channels.
• Plan and oversee offline events, venues, props, and equipment; coordinate external partners.
• Communicate with suppliers for printing, production, logistics, and campaign materials.
• Track timelines and milestones; coordinate with multiple internal teams for progress updates.
• Collect campaign data and support post-campaign reviews for optimization.
