Job summary

Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Concept Specialist in Singapore. You will translate marketing briefs into original concepts for multi-channel campaigns.

You will lead brainstorming sessions, present concepts to stakeholders, and prepare storyboards, scripts and concept boards. You will develop taglines and key messages with cross-functional teams, and adapt concepts for different channels, refining them based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Advertising, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• A portfolio of campaign concepts or integrated creative work.
• Strong conceptual thinking with both visual and written communication skills.
• Confident in presenting and explaining ideas.

Responsibilities

• Interpret marketing briefs and develop campaign concepts and creative ideas.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Prepare storyboards, scripts and concept boards for campaigns and videos.
• Develop taglines, key messages and campaign themes with the copy and design teams.
• Adapt campaign concepts for different channels and formats.
• Refine concepts based on stakeholder feedback.
