Job summary

DHL SUPPLY CHAIN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the first point of contact for customers. You will understand customer needs, provide timely explanations, and escalate issues as needed to maintain high service levels.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Korean, able to multitask, and comfortable working shifts including weekends and public holidays. MS Office proficiency is required, and shuttle bus/transport allowances are offered as perks.

Qualifications

• PC literate with MS Office proficiency.
• Strong customer service and telecommunication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Able to handle English and Korean speaking customers for proactive feedback on ETA.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Understand internal and external customers, anticipate needs, and prioritise satisfaction.
• Provide clear explanations and remedial actions.
• Provide pro-active feedback to ensure committed ETA is respected.
• Alert supervisor to recurring service failures for corrective action.

Job Description:

• Act as the first point of contact for the customers
• Make effort to understand both internal and external customer, anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction
• Provide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary
• Provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected
• Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems

Job Requirements:

• PC literate, proficient in MS Office
• Strong customer service and good telecommunication skills
• Able to perform multiple tasks and work independently
• Able to handle English and Korean speaking customer (in order to provide pro-active feedback to English and Korean speaking customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected)
• Able to work shifts and/or on weekends/public holidays
