Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place to ensure readiness for service.
• Prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes and portioning standards.
• Support chefs during service by assisting with cooking and plating tasks.
• Help with food presentation to maintain quality and appeal.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Wash and clean kitchen equipment as needed to ensure operational readiness.
• Store ingredients properly following FIFO practices to minimize waste.
• Assist with stock replenishment and perform general kitchen duties to support team efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
