CARLTON FOOD COURT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, and handling guest feedback to uphold a positive guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of F&B supervisory experience, Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train and motivate a team to deliver consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience at supervisor level in F&B.
• Initiative and leadership to manage a team, mature, outgoing and guest oriented.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food and services.
• Maintain cafe cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints.
• Supervise all staff in their duties and schedules.
• Train staff to uphold high service standards and develop knowledge.
• Evaluate operations and procedures and suggest improvements.
