Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Designer to prepare production drawings and documentation. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp Layout, and ideally knowledge in BIM. The role requires a proactive team player who can meet tight deadlines independently. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of BIM is preferred.

Job description

Main Job Responsibilities, But Not Limited To

• To interpret interior and architectural drawings
• To prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout or other design modeling and coordination software to meet project requirements and company standards
• To organize and compile complete sets of construction documentation
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Knowledge in BIM Modelling and/or BIM Management preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering interior fit-out projects using SketchUp Layout
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Independent, analytical and has good interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout &/or ArchiCAD
