FAB CARE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an AutoCAD and CAD Matic skilled draftsman to prepare engineering drawings, perform MTO, and manage QA/QC document control on construction projects in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating revisions with clients and delivering weekly progress reports to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications. The incumbent will support project planning, materials forecasting, and procurement, while assisting the execution of structures and finishes with

Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing engineering drawings and steel weight checks.
• Strong knowledge of CAD Matic and AutoCAD drafting.
• Experience with QA/QC document control and record-keeping.
• MTO and materials forecasting for fabrication.
• Ability to generate dimensional reports and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Check and inspect quality of works during construction.
• Verify actual construction against drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients for drawing revisions and updates.
• Submit weekly site progress reports to the client.
• Plan projects and forecast materials and resources.
• Support procurement process and material availability.
• Assist execution of building structures and finishes with project team.
• Carry out office administration tasks as needed.
