Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a skilled civil drafting professional to produce detailed drawings including shop drawings, reinforcement layouts, and related construction drawings in line with approved designs.

You will update 2D AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with engineers and project teams, maintain drawing records, and ensure compliance with local standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of drafting experience in Construction/Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
• Familiar with local codes, standards and drafting practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration with engineers, project managers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings including shop drawings, RC shop drawings, reinforcement layouts, excavation plans and steel detailing.

• Develop and update 2D AutoCAD drawings to support project planning, site execution, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings are aligned with design requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing records, manage revisions, and prepare submission packages for internal review and external authorities.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant Singapore regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of drafting experience in the Construction/Engineering sector.
