Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a cabling design and coordination specialist to lead data center cabling projects and align with global standards.

You will coordinate with networking, server and security teams to consolidate cabling requirements and ensure compliant design deliverables. The role involves tender preparation, scope definitions, and vendor evaluation support, plus oversight of budgets, shop drawings, logistics, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Data center cabling expertise required.
• Experience with copper and fiber cabling solutions (Cat6A and beyond).
• Familiarity with LC/MPO interfaces and data center patching.
• Ability to produce and review technical design outputs in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage cabling design and coordination for data centers.
• Prepare cabling tender documentation, define scope, and support vendor selection.
• Coordinate with networking, server and security teams to consolidate cabling needs.
• Provide project management oversight: budget tracking, vendor coordination, shop drawings review, logistics, scheduling, and handover.
• Support close-out with as-built documentation and operation manuals.
• Plan cabling changes within existing data center environments and maintain records.

Job description

• Provide cabling design management and coordination services for existing and new data centers, including alignment with global EDC Infrastructure Cabling Engineering standards and design guidelines.
• Provide preparation and coordination support for cabling‑related tender documentation and specifications, including design deliverables, scope definitions, and evaluation support during vendor selection processes.
• Provide coordination services with internal technology teams (e.g. networking, server, and security teams) to consolidate cabling requirements.
• Provide project management and oversight support for cabling‑related activities, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, review of design and shop drawings, logistics coordination, scheduling oversight, and commissioning and handover coordination.
• Support project close‑out activities, including consolidation of cabling operation manuals and as‑built documentation.
• Support planning and coordination of new or changed cabling requirements within existing data center environments.
• Support maintenance and accuracy of cabling documentation and records (e.g. patching records and patch panel records).
• Provide coordination support with data center operations teams for move, add, and change activities, including vendor coordination and consumables sourcing oversight.
• Where necessary, the service may provide oversight or coordination support outside normal business hours to support vendor‑performed installations, testing, or handover activities.

Technical Capability Coverage

• Structured data center copper and fiber cabling solutions, including Cat6A copper & fiber (OS2, OM4+) products, experience in high density fiber cassette solutions.
• Data center racks, cabinets, and patching systems commonly used in enterprise environments.
• Industry‑standard cabling testing methodologies and applicable ISO/TIA testing standards.
• Common data center cabling interfaces and architectures (e.g. LC, MPO/MTP).
• Coordination with enterprise networking platforms where relevant.
• Familiarity with Fluke Network Instruments (e.g. DSX-5000 or 8000 Cable Analyzer)
• Familiarity with LC, MPO/MTP interfaces for single or multimode fiber solutions
• Produce and review technical design documentation using AutoCAD
• Operate within live data center environments while adhering to operational and safety constraints

Desired Capabilities

• Familiarity with internationally recognized data center cabling standards such as RCDD
• Experience delivering cabling engineering services in mission-critical or regulated environments
• Capability to operate structured project management, documentation, and reporting processes
• Familiarity with Cisco and Arista equipment
