Job summary

DIPCIE CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable Technician to support and coordinate cable and pipe laying projects from start to finish.

You will work with AcuBuy, DFF, Ariba, SAP Business Network, Streamline and Sesami while ensuring timely regulatory submissions, cost estimates, and accurate as-built drawings. The role requires a civil engineering background, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with procurement, sales, accounts, HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience or familiarity with cable and pipelaying projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cable and pipelaying projects from start to finish.
• Procure and manage cable plans, NCE documents, and route plans.
• Prepare regulatory submissions including ROA and LTA ROA.
• Prepare project cost estimates, SWP, budgets, and schedules.
• Submit as-built drawings and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor material balances and maintain the Master List for claims.
• Train new system users and assist with onboarding.
• Continuously assess system performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Accounts, HR and Projects.
