Job summary

Dipcie Contractors in Singapore seeks a reliable Technician to support and coordinate cable and pipe laying projects from initiation to completion. You will manage cable plans, NCE documents, and telecom routes while coordinating with internal teams and external officers.

The role involves preparing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, plus submitting as-built drawings and maintaining accurate material and master lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
• Experience with cable and pipelaying projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support ongoing cable and pipelaying projects from start to finish.
• Procure and manage cable plans, NCE docs, and telecom route plans.
• Prepare, manage and monitor regulatory submissions (NCE, ROA) within approved timelines.
• Prepare project cost estimates, SWP, budgets, and work schedules.
• Submit as-built drawings after project completion and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor material balances and maintain Master List to track claim status.
• Assist with onboarding and train new system users as required.
• Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Project teams to meet requirements.
• Keep up to date with trends and advancements in related technologies.
