Job summary

DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Software Engineer to support the development, testing, deployment and maintenance of Video Surveillance System client applications. You will develop thick client apps in C# and WPF, integrate APIs, and manage MSSQL databases to support project milestones.

The role includes SIT, OSAT, and deployment activities, documentation, and collaboration with onsite teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in CS/SE/IT.
Relevant software development experience in enterprise or mission-critical systems.
Strong C#/.NET and WPF development with MSSQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain thick client applications and APIs using C# and WPF.
Design, develop, and optimize MSSQL databases.
Prepare, execute, and review test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Support SIT, OSAT, and production deployment activities.
Configure project laptops/workstations for testing/production.
Troubleshoot software, database, and system integration issues.
Prepare technical documentation and authority sign-off paperwork.
Develop and enhance VSS client features (e.g., Alarm Manager, Live View presets).
Collaborate with project teams and onsite personnel to ensure successful delivery.
