Job summary

GRACE HR SOLUTIONS in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to interpret drawings, develop and maintain BIM models, and produce submission-ready documentation for BEP-aligned projects.

You will create BIM Object Families, manage version records, and coordinate with the design team to resolve queries while ensuring accurate BIM deliverables for client submissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience coordinating BIM with design teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and project documentation.

• Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission
• Create and modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
• Maintain records of BIM and drawing versions, ensuring deliverables follow BEP and project requirements

• Support the Design Team in coordinating with other stakeholders as required

• Interpret drawings and develop, update, and maintain BIM models
• Handle CBP model shop drawing submissions
• Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission
• Create and modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
• Maintain records of BIM and drawing versions, ensuring BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project requirement/instruction as stipulated
• Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification are required
• Support the Design Team in coordinating with other stakeholders as required Job

Requirement:

• Experience in using Revit/BIM Software/Navisworks
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit modeling and AutoCAD software in a consultancy environment is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
