Job summary

Guardsquare expands across Asia-Pacific and seeks a C++/LLVM Compiler Engineer focused on low‑level engineering, compiler technology, and software security. You will work on iXGuard and related products, improve a large codebase, research new code-hardening techniques, and solve engineering problems where security, performance, and compatibility matter.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent C++ skills.
• Familiarity with LLVM tools and libraries.
• Experience with large or complex codebases.
• Knowledge of compiler internals.
• Interest in software security and reverse engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve C++/LLVM-based products.
• Research, test, and implement code-hardening techniques.
• Work with compiler internals, LLVM tools, and pipelines.
• Maintain and improve a large codebase.
• Investigate, reproduce, and debug complex issues.
• Help customers integrate and use our software.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to solve problems.
• Improve software quality through testing.
• Stay ahead of developments in compiler tech and security.
