Job summary

Coalition Greenwich in Singapore is seeking a relationship-driven interviewer to engage senior buy-side professionals in the Corporate and Financial Institutions sectors. You will conduct face-to-face and phone interviews to uncover insights that inform our research and client recommendations.

You will manage a network of freelancers, input data into Coalition Greenwich's platform, and contribute to market studies with precise, persuasive communication and solid financial markets knowledge.

THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing relationships and uncovering insights in the finance industry with respect to Corporates and Financial Institutions

You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and obtaining valuable insights that give Coalition Greenwich its competitive advantage in the global consulting market.

In addition, you will help execute marketing strategies and conduct face to face and phone interviews directly with decision makers at some of the highest levels of global organizations. Individuals in this position will work closely VP of Asia Fielding as well as our consultants who run the study and provide the subject matter context to inform your interviews. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to be persuasive with buy-side clients are critical to the success of this role; financial markets knowledge is essential.

You will be expected to:

• Arrange and conduct interviews with financial executives at selected Corporates and Financial institutions
• Represent Coalition Greenwich to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge and integrity
• Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews
• Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into Coalition Greenwich platform
• Contribute to Coalition Greenwich research and insights through the data gathering and relationship building process
• Manage team of freelancers in similar capacity
• Nourish freelancers with product knowledge

YOUR EXPERTISE:

Our ideal candidate is seeking to make a substantial difference to the quality of data in Singapore. Being a good relationship builder, professional manner and self-starter are essential. Candidates must also have experience in the Singapore market. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess the following essential (and desired) requirements:

• Experience in wholesale banking or finance sector
• Demonstrates solid business judgment and the ability to think and act independently
• Able to manage a portfolio and return the desired results within the allotted timeframe
