Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Singapore to manage the full procurement cycle for aerospace workshop activities.

You will source, purchase and coordinate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and reliable parts and services, while aligning with company regulations. Responsabilités

• Oversee full procurement cycle including sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination to support workshop activities and meet goals.
• Identify, assess and negotiate with suppliers for spare parts, consumables, equipment and services to balance cost, quality and reliability.
• Examine supplier quotations, compare market pricing and provide recommendations for cost-effective decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics and planning teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely resolution of supply-related concerns.

• Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers for spare parts, consumables, equipment, and services to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, and reliability.
• Examine supplier quotations, compare market pricing, and provide recommendations for cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with vendors, logistics personnel, and planning departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely resolution of supply-related concerns.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in aerospace industry.
• Proficient in ERP system.
• Effective communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
