Job summary

unite eng & con pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee multiple projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.

You will lead coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, develop timelines and cost estimates, and maintain thorough project documentation and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Construction Projects: Oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage Subcontractors: Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Develop Project Timelines: Create detailed project timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Monitor Performance: Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality control measures.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, plumbers and electricians
• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bids and contracts
• Communicating project updates to clients and other interested parties, such as consultants
• Leading project meetings and maintaining accurate documentation, including drawings, change orders and project plans
• Enforcing employee safety procedures and environmental regulations, such as the Clean Air Act (CAA)
• Procuring project materials, equipment and permits
• Resolving project issues to prevent delays or budget overages
