Job summary

O2R FIRE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a project lead to collaborate with engineers and architects to define project requirements and lead contract negotiations. You will plan operations, allocate resources, and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.

You will supervise labor teams, coordinate with vendors and business development to secure new projects, and maintain strong client relations through site visits and meetings to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to define detailed project specifications and requirements
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable and favorable agreements
• Determine and allocate necessary manpower, equipment, and materials throughout project lifecycle within budget limits
• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure timely project completion
• Acquire equipment and materials, monitor inventory levels, and address shortages promptly
• Supervise laborers and mechanics, providing guidance to ensure quality and safety standards
• Identify and evaluate subcontractors and vendors to award subcontracts and purchase orders effectively
• Partner with Business Development Manager to secure new projects and support business growth
• Maintain and monitor customer relations through project meetings, site visits, and correspondence to ensure client satisfaction
