Job summary

LG Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned business operations professional to lead cross-functional initiatives and support for new Asia-Pacific ventures.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing and CFO units to resolve issues and drive branch establishment in the region. The role includes preparing for a 2026 ERP open and maintaining an emergency support system with headquarters, while delivering timely CFO reporting for HQ and Asia.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional operation as Controller to start new businesses and support branch establishment in Asia.
• Coordinate and resolve issues with Sales, Marketing and CFO functions.
• Establish a support system with HQ and Singapore to resolve issues for new business through preemptive sensing.
• Prepare for New ERP Open in 2026 and operate emergency support system with HQ.
• Weekly and Monthly CFO reporting; report on HQ and Asia region new business support.
• Run regular meetings with Singapore president and provide reporting.

Business Operation and Support

• Management as a Controller in the cross function of Business Operations to start various new businesses and support for branch establishment in Asia countries.
• Coordinating and Resolving issues with Sales, Marketing and CFO function.
• Collaboration and communication issue resolution between export sales and CFO functions for branch establishment.
• Establish a support system with HQ and Singapore to resolve issues through preemptive issue sensing for new business.
• Preparation for New ERP Open in 2026 and operation of emergency support system with HQ.

Reporting and Meeting operation

• Weekly & Monthly CFO Reporting.
• Reporting on HQ and Asia region required on New business support.
• Operation of regular meeting of Singapore president and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Major in Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Maths or equivalent.
• 7 ~ 10 Years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
