Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and business operations.
• Prepare management reports, business summaries, and operational documents.
• Assist management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project documentation, contracts, quotations, invoices, and payment records.
• Assist with manpower planning, staff coordination, and workforce administration.
• Maintain company records, filing systems, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on management instructions.
• Perform other management and operational duties assigned by the company.
