Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business management, operating model design, business transformation, consulting, COO Office, client lifecycle management or private banking.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing and managing business frameworks, operating models or strategic initiatives, including governance and ongoing operational management.
  • Strong project management, business process design and operationalisation capabilities, with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured communication skills, with experience preparing management papers, governance submissions and executive presentations.

Reporting to the Team Head, Client Management Frameworks (CMF), you will drive the design, implementation, governance and ongoing management of business frameworks, operating models and strategic initiatives across the Front Office.

This role sits at the intersection of business management, governance, operating model design and strategic execution. You will drive initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, improve business processes and drive sustainable operating standards across the Bank. The role will initially focus on the design and operationalisation of strategic client management frameworks and operating models, including initiatives related to client segmentation, governance, ownership models and lifecycle management, while retaining flexibility to support broader business management and transformation priorities as organisational needs evolve. The role is accountable for leading the full lifecycle of assigned frameworks, from design and implementation through governance, operational management and continuous enhancement. Working closely with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Legal and other stakeholders, you will help ensure frameworks remain relevant, effective and aligned to evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities
  • Framework Ownership & Governance – Own the lifecycle management of assigned frameworks, ensuring they remain effective, well-governed, aligned to business objectives and responsive to evolving regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Operating Model & Business Process Excellence – Drive the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of operating models, business processes and control frameworks that support consistent and scalable execution across the Front Office.
  • Strategic Delivery & Change Execution – Lead the delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation programmes, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder alignment and achievement of intended business outcomes.
  • Framework Operations & Lifecycle Management – Manage the ongoing operation of assigned frameworks, including governance administration, exception management, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution and periodic reviews, ensuring effective execution and compliance with established standards.
  • Business Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Establish trusted partnerships with business, operations and control functions, facilitating governance, decision-making, issue resolution and organisational alignment.
  • Performance Management & Continuous Improvement – Monitor framework performance, service effectiveness and business outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU DO
Framework and Operating Model Development
  • Develop and maintain business frameworks, governance standards and operating model documentation.
  • Design ownership models, decision‑making processes, escalation pathways and control requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate framework reviews and enhancements as business and regulatory requirements evolve.
  • Identify emerging business, regulatory and operational requirements and assess their impact on existing frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance framework effectiveness, stakeholder experience and operational efficiency.
Process Design and Operationalisation
  • Design and document end‑to‑end business processes across client management and business operations activities.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, controls, service standards and operating procedures.
  • Drive implementation and embedding of new business processes.
Project Management and Transformation Delivery
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Coordinate stakeholder workshops and working groups.
  • Track implementation progress and drive agreed outcomes.
Framework Operations
  • Act as the central coordinator for the day‑to‑day management of assigned frameworks.
  • Oversee exception management processes and ensure appropriate escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor framework performance metrics, service standards and operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate periodic framework reviews and enhancements to address changing business, regulatory or operational requirements.
  • Maintain framework documentation, procedures, guidance materials and governance artefacts.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
  • Build strong relationships across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, FCC, Legal and other across entities, BOS & OCBC.
  • Drive governance discussions, business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities and objectives.
Reporting & Insights
  • Develop reporting, dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Analyse business data and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor framework effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate: 5 - 8 years of experience in business management, operating model design, business transformation, consulting, COO Office, client lifecycle management or private banking. Proven experience designing, implementing and managing business frameworks, operating models or strategic initiatives, including governance and ongoing operational management. Strong project management, business process design and operationalisation capabilities, with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured communication skills, with experience preparing management papers, governance submissions and executive presentations. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across functions and seniority levels. Self‑starter with strong ownership, accountability and execution discipline, able to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment. Preferred Experience in business transformation, remediation or operating model programmes within private banking, wealth management or financial services environments. Knowledge of client lifecycle management, including onboarding, KYC, AML/CDD and client portfolio governance.
