Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of formal training or direct experience driving analytics solutions for consumer banking products within banking or financial services.
  • Strong SQL and data modelling skills, with proven ability to build scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Commercial acumen and expertise in retail banking products including current accounts, savings, credit cards, insurance and mortgages.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and influence stakeholders to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Proven self-starter who proactively identifies gaps, challenges requirements, and drives high quality delivery.
  • Advanced data analytics and data visualization skills, with a sharp UX / UI sensibility.
  • Innovation-oriented with ability to drive new approaches to data storytelling, design, and technology.
  • Agile and adaptable to change and ability to drive fast-paced, iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear data requirements and scalable BI solutions.

  • Drive business-led logics and requirements in data model through partnership with Data Architects.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data breaks, drive root cause between product data and general ledger.
