The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Executive to advance data-driven planning and performance reporting. The role focuses on building dashboards, translating financial and operational data into insights, and enabling AI-enabled processes to automate recurring tasks.
You will work with Finance, business units and corporate functions to strengthen decision-making, improve visibility of performance, and support ISCA’s strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Strategy Lead, the Strategy and Analytics Executive supports the organisation’s strategic planning, performance management and reporting through the effective use of data, analytics, automation and AI.
The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards, and translating financial and operational data into meaningful insights. The incumbent will also identify opportunities to automate recurring finance and reporting activities and support the organisation’s adoption of data and AI-enabled ways of working.
Working closely with Finance, business units and corporate functions, the incumbent will help strengthen data-driven decision-making, improve performance visibility and support the delivery of corporate priorities.
Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or equivalent analytics tools to monitor corporate KPIs, financial performance and strategic priorities.
Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into timely, actionable insights for senior management.
Support scenario modelling, forecasting and other analytical work required for strategic planning, budgeting and financial decision-making.
Review existing finance, reporting and administrative processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
Apply AI-enabled tools and techniques to improve the efficiency, accuracy and depth of data analysis, reporting and insight generation.
Develop appropriate data validation checks and work with relevant stakeholders to address data quality and reporting issues.
Document automated workflows, data flows, controls and operating procedures to ensure that processes are reliable, sustainable and maintainable.
Assist in the corporate planning process by supporting the development and monitoring of corporate KPIs aligned with strategic priorities.

Assist in developing and tracking corporate KPIs to support ISCA’s strategic priorities and corporate planning initiatives.
Support corporate planning initiatives by monitoring and analysing corporate KPIs aligned with organisational goals.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of departmental and organisation-wide strategic initiatives and projects.
Facilitate effective communication of corporate strategy through coordination, engagement sessions, and internal alignment initiatives.
Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Accountancy, Business, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant working experience in analytics, data management, process automation or a related function
Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in data analytics are welcome to apply.
A hands‑on builder who is comfortable working directly with data and technology.
Commercially and financially minded, rather than technically focused
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights effectively.
Proficiency in Power BI and other analytical tools.
Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional reports and presentation decks.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
