Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic, project-oriented professional to support business development and key initiatives. You will evaluate opportunities, formulate practical recommendations, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

The role covers business development, internal strategic projects, international market opportunities, strategic partnerships, business planning and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, project management or related fields.
• MBA is an advantage.
• PMP certification is highly preferred, with strong hands-on project management experience.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to turn complex issues into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate markets, industries, business opportunities, partnerships, M&A and other strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Lead strategic projects from planning to execution, including defining objectives, milestones, stakeholder coordination and risk management.
• Drive internal initiatives focused on process improvement, business effectiveness and organizational development.
• Coordinate stakeholders and resources, and prepare business analyses, project updates and management presentations.
• Support other strategic initiatives and projects as required by management.

The role covers business development and internal strategic projects, including international market opportunities, strategic partnerships, business planning and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
