Job summary

Dreams Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (ACMV) to lead project acquisition and drive successful ACMV executions. • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, source, and secure new commercial and industrial ACMV projects across Singapore.
• Tendering & Quotation: Lead the end-to-end quotation process, prepare competitive project proposals, and negotiate contract terms with main contractors and clients.
• Site Management & Project Execution: Oversee site operations to ensure ACMV projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, MEP consultants, sub-contractors, and vendors.

Position Overview

• Role: Business Development Manager (ACMV)

• Salary: SGD $7,000 – SGD $12,000 per month
