Job summary

A leading audio solutions company in Singapore is inviting applications for the role of Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will drive new business, manage customer relationships, and present innovative audio solutions. Candidates should have a diploma or degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Pro AV sector. This position offers a competitive salary of up to S$8k per month plus incentives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development and/or sales.
  • Experience in the Pro AV or related industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).

Overview

Salary

Salary: Basic Salary upto S$8k per month + Incentives

Work Week

Work Week: 5-day work week

Responsibilities
  • Approach and create demand with new End Customers including winning (back) competitive accounts
  • Stimulate desire by presenting hardware and software solutions
  • Understand project pipeline, needs and opportunities
  • Act as primary point of contact to End Customer while developing the relationship and projects
  • Develop strong relationship to the relevant stakeholders on End Customer side
  • Manage pre-order (forecast), procurement and fulfilment process of project purchase orders
  • Help End Customers with technical advice and solutions
  • Bring in TechnicalApplication Engineer of other support functions as needed
  • Product training and after sale support
  • Document visitation activities, leads, opportunities, and projects in CRM
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in outside business development and/or sales, preferably within the Pro AV or related industry
  • Business development management (BDM) experience in Southeast Asia is encouraged and will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to demonstrate and sell digital hardware and software solutions
  • Proficiency in English Language (written and spoken)
