Job summary

Shun Dat Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Manager to develop and grow online and wholesale sales channels, with a focus on live stream sales, B2B/Wholesale, and the ShunDat.com platform.

You will drive sales, recruit new customers, work with warehousing and retail operations to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfilment, and build compelling product catalogues and wholesale proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and conduct regular live-stream sessions on Shopee Live and TikTok Live
• Present and demonstrate Shun Dat products confidently and professionally
• Introduce product benefits, promotions, bundles and new products during live streams
• Engage viewers actively and convert viewers into paying customers
• Develop and grow Shun Dat's wholesale and corporate customer base
• Actively identify and approach new potential customers including retailers, souvenir shops, corporate customers, hotels, tourist attractions and other business partners
• Introduce Shun Dat products and prepare product catalogues, quotations and wholesale proposals
• Maintain good relationships with existing wholesale customers and encourage repeat orders
• Manage and grow sales through ShunDat.com
• Achieve agreed sales targets for live-stream sales, Shopee and TikTok Shop sales, ShunDat.com sales, wholesale/B2B sales, new B2B customer acquisition and repeat wholesale business

Job Role

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing and growing Shun Dat's online and wholesale sales channels, with primary responsibility for Live Stream Sales, B2B/Wholesale Business and ShunDat.com. The role is expected to actively generate sales, develop new customers and business opportunities, and work closely with warehouse and retail operations to ensure sufficient stock and smooth order fulfilment.
