Job summary

OKX is seeking a proactive professional to join our leadership team in a hybrid role, bridging program management and executive support. You will coordinate with internal teams and senior leaders to drive initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Fluency in Mandarin and ability to travel up to 30% are required as you work across regional stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is expected, with strong analytical, communication, and AI-savvy skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse internal and external audiences.
  • AI-Forward Working Style: Actively uses AI tools to boost productivity and output quality; able to critically evaluate AI-generated content and apply sound judgment before sharing with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the region.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for leadership meetings and regional site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution, track risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Manage senior leadership's calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a trusted proxy for executives, coordinating priorities, follow-ups, and communications across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare program updates, reports, and presentations for leadership, and facilitate meetings to drive decision-making and alignment.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation while continuously improving processes.
  • Help manage merchandise program end-to-end, including vendor sourcing, procurement cycles, inventory management, budget tracking, and fulfilment for company events.
  • Provide administrative support and manage strategic projects for the CEO office.

About The Opportunity
